Seniors With A Purpose
Thank you for visiting the Grace Bible Fellowship Church SWAP page.
SWAP meets on the 3rd Thursday of every month at Grace. A ministry focused on the needs of Senior Citizens, our purpose is to provide mutual encouragement to one another, fellowship, service and outreach to seniors, not only at GBFC, but to others in our community as well. Our members are encouraged to invite their friends and neighbors (age 60 +) to come with them to all of our events.
Usually our time together begins with a delicious meal at noon followed by a special speaker, games or sometimes a craft. We plan special events, like a summer picnic. We even take trips such as an outing to Sight and Sound Theater in Lancaster, PA, and a visit to our state capitol and an automobile museum in Harrisburg.
Please pray for the ministry of SWAP; that the Lord will bless it with continued growth, continuous spiritual strengthening and encouragement for each one of its senior saints as they trust in Him and declare His power to the next generation.
